Customers can make payments for ordered goods using the following methods:
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- In Belgrade: Payment can be made in cash or by card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, DinaCard, UnionPay) upon delivery.
- In other cities in Serbia: COD is available only in cash, with a maximum order value of 100,000 RSD.
2. Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card
- Accepted cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, DinaCard, UnionPay.
- Payments are processed through the secure Raiffeisen Bank payment gateway, powered by Payten, a licensed payment processor, ensuring high-level encryption (SSL protocol, PKI system).
- At no point does Joux Trgovina Trading Company DOO have access to customers’ card details, in compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR.
- If a foreign bank-issued card is used, the transaction amount is converted from RSD to EUR based on the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The card issuer may apply an additional conversion to the local currency.
3. Payment by Bank Transfer
- Upon order confirmation, an invoice with payment instructions will be automatically sent to the customer.
- Payments must be made in Serbian dinars (RSD) to the account of Joux Trgovina Trading Company DOO.
- Orders will be shipped once the payment is confirmed, no later than 2 business days after receipt of funds.
Important Notice:
- By placing and confirming an order, the customer assumes the obligation to pay and receive the ordered goods. Failure to fulfill these obligations may have legal consequences.
- If the customer fails to meet these obligations, Joux Trgovina Trading Company DOO reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate debt collection procedures through relevant institutions.
